Licensed Therapist

International Therapy Team PLLC is a leading provider of virtual mental health services, connecting clients with licensed therapists to address a broad range of emotional and mental health issues. Our innovative platform is designed to make high-quality therapy accessible, affordable, and convenient. We’re looking for compassionate, skilled therapists to join our remote team.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct one-on-one therapy sessions via secure, HIPAA-compliant video calls.
  • Assess client needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
  • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
  • Maintain accurate, confidential records of therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals when required for the client’s holistic care.
  • Participate in team meetings and professional development activities as available.
  • Maintain professional licensure and abide by all ethical and legal standards of your governing board.

Qualifications

  • A Master’s or Doctorate degree in psychology, counseling, social work, or related field.
  • Active, unrestricted license to practice as a mental health therapist in at least one U.S. state.
  • 2+ years of clinical experience post-licensure.
  • Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, or other evidence-based approaches.
  • Proficiency in utilizing virtual platforms and technology for treatment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
